TMA Payroll is a locally-owned independent company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Founded by a local CPA, we’ve helped hundreds of employers make it easier to pay and manage their employees. With good processes and steady growth, the company is fully-staffed, debt-free, and ready to serve employers for years to come.

In 1999, our founder noticed that large employers were rapidly implementing technology to streamline processes and increase profits. Smaller employers simply couldn’t implement these solutions due to the complexity and high cost of the systems.

During the past few years, technology has finally been developed to allow smaller employers to shift the balance in their favor. In fact, we often see smaller businesses using systems and processes that make larger businesses seem ridiculously inefficient.
